Story line
The Good Son, formerly known as Kung Kailangan Mo Ako (Lit: If You Need Me),[1] is an upcoming Philippine family drama television series starring Joshua Garcia, Jerome Ponce, Mccoy de Leon and Nash Aguas. The series will premiere on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida evening block and worldwide on The Filipino Channel on September 25, 2017, replacing A Love to Last.[2] The series was written by Danica Mae S.Domingo, David Francine Diuco, Detrick Saberola, and Li Candelaria. This group of writers was behind the success of a hit two-year teleserye afternoon series, Doble Kara which paved the way the continuance of drama series and a key of producing quality storylines, which was well-received by critics and viewers and consistent top-rating daytime drama series on its entire run.
